Hooray! Christmas in Maine!

Tim's parents bought us tickets to go out to Maine for Christmas this year! I love going out there to visit. It's always so nice because the only thing we really have to do while we're out there is relax. When we go to Minnesota, there are dozens of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to see and we spend the whole time running from place to place. Lunch with that person, dinner with those friends, drinks with this person. It's exhausting. In Maine, though, all we do is relax. We sleep in and lounge the whole time.

Thanks for the tickets, Charlie & Cathy!

We DO visit relatives in Maine. The difference is my relatives are all in my hometown. Tara's relatives are spread out over about a 60 mile area, so its a back and forth many times and gets exhausting.

Just checked your blog and wanted to let you know how excited we are that your guys are coming up for the holidays. I am just super paranoid that Tim will review the Christmas Dinner menu so the pressure is on.... Only 90 +/- days until then.

Don't worry, no reviews. It's a vacation. :)

Congrats! That's wonderful! I've always wanted to travel back East. It's the one part of the country we've never been, except DC. Very cool.
